Adobe to drop Flash player

Good news for all iOS iPhone and iPad users as Adobe has finally given in to the pressure. Adobe will no longer push it's Flash program in favour of the much superior HTML5 which offers far superior operation on mobile devices. Future Adobe support of this standard should see greater levels of formerly unviewable Flash content soon find itself as a friendly format for iOS and other anti-Flash devices.

Got a new iPhone Contract? - How to get your PAC number

At iPhone contracts we would like to share some wisdom on the subject. your PAC or Port Authority Code is a nine didget code which your current phone network have to give you in order that you can switch your number between operators. You don't need this if you are simply switching sims on the same network just ring them up and ask them to do it for you. But once armed with your PAC code just get on the blower to your new network and pass it on for them allowing them to do the rest. you should expect about 24 hours for this to happen with little if no downtime.

You will need to call the customer services department of your current network.
For those on the big five networks, call the following numbers:

3 (Three): 333 from your mobile (or 0843 373 3333 from a landline)
O2: 202 from your mobile (or 0844 809 0202 from a landline)
Orange Pay Monthly: 150 from your mobile (or 07973 100 450 from a landline)
Orange Pay As You Go: 450 from your mobile (or 07973 100 450 from a landline)
T-Mobile: 150 from your mobile (or 0845 412 5000 from a landline)
Vodafone: 191 from your mobile (or 0870 0700 191 from a landline)

So your thinking about getting an iPhone Contract and are wondering what cheap iphone plans there are you could get away with, well so long as your happy with the data plan and talk time you may not need to look at the text allowance at all. Ask you self this, do my most texted friends have an iPhone 3GS or above? If yes is the asnwer you may not be texting for very much longer as all iOS5 devices message one another via iMessage which is carried over data! That means that buddy of yours who has that shiny iPhone you have coveted for so long will probably not be texting you any more but will be sharing messages and photos instantly without costing you a penny. This makes it possible to choose the cheaper of iPhone contracts, just remember iMessages take up data, something else you need to have a good allowance of.
